Making a positive difference in people’s lives

Techman Sales is making a positive difference in peoples lives through charitable giving, employee contributions and volunteerism. Since the foundation of the company, we believed that doing good is a necessary aspect of maintaining a successful company.

The common thread is an alignment with our industry, our business and our employees. Our giving is focused in the following areas

Diversity

Techman Sales is committed to recruiting, developing and retaining a high-performing and diverse workforce.  We consider our Principals and customers an extension of our team and support the following certified diverse classifications: Minority-, Woman-, Veteran-Owned and Small Business.

Techman Sales has made significant contributions to organizations like Ozone House whose mission is to provide emergency shelter, safe space, transitional housing and counseling for the LGBT community, homeless youth, runaway teens and families.

Health and Human Services

Techman Sales is making a difference in people’s lives through contributions to nonprofit organizations that deliver health and human services to those in need. From supporting community events to food banks and homeless shelters. Many different charities have benefited including;

Education

We recognize that introducing students to science, technology, engineering and math subjects will ultimately drive innovation in the manufacturing industry, result in fulfilling careers and a positive impact on our communities.

Introducing middle school students to STEM education and World in Motion programs by volunteering in the classroom.

Mentoring college students throughout their education and helping to connect them with our industry contacts for internships, career advice and employment.
